At GCI Turf Academy, we want you to look as sharp as your lawn. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
