How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed clothing items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-printed gear is final sale unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How do I know which size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Our apparel generally follows a standard athletic fit; if you prefer a looser fit for yard work, we recommend sizing up.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
How should I care for my GCI Turf Academy gear?
To preserve the print and fabric quality, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the graphics.
